Description

This beautifully beachfront condo, updated in Fall 2025, is the perfect getaway for couples or small families seeking a relaxing stay by the ocean. Enjoy stunning beach views and direct access to the beach and pier, then unwind on the private tiled balcony featuring a cozy hanging swing—an ideal spot to take in the ocean breeze and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Inside, the fresh coastal décor creates a bright and inviting atmosphere, complemented by updated furnishings and a new living room rug added in May 2026. The kitchen offers full-size upgraded appliances, filtered water and ice, plus both a drip coffee maker and Keurig for every kind of coffee lover. Whether dining outside or relaxing indoors, this condo was designed for effortless beach living.

Roof replacement work on Building B is scheduled to begin November 1 and is expected to last approximately one month. During this time, a portion of the parking lot will be blocked off, and guests may experience construction noise during daytime hours. No construction work is scheduled for weekends. We appreciate your understanding as this necessary improvement is completed.

Great Swing

The pictures are a true representation of the unit. The USB ports in the electrical outlets conveniently charges phones and tablets. The Kurig coffee maker has both drip and Kcup capability. The kitchen layout is the best we have seen in any of the units. The mattress and pillows provided us with restful sleep. The shower is A+++. The balcony gives you a great view of the ocean and pier. Can't say enough about the swing, so comfortable!

Our stay in 314A was interruped due to roof repair. However the staff of Island Reality was over the top helpful for us to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. 314A is an awesome condo and I would stay there again. It offers high end appliances and very nice amenties. I can not say enough for the staff of Island Reality. They are the best. We'll be back next year!

Loved the condo! The only bad experience was the stairs. 3 floors up with luggage and groceries was a challenge at my age. I WISH THIS PLACE AGE AN ELEVATOR! I seen another guest fall on the next building with his groceries and wife with luggage.

While some owners choose to leave a hair dryer for their guests, it is not a required item so we cannot guarantee that one will be available.

This unit currently features a traditional drip-style coffee pot (uses grounds and filters, not pods).

What is the cancellation policy

Answer:

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations work:

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• If you cancel 60 days or more before arrival, you’ll receive a refund of everything you paid, minus a 10% cancellation fee (inclusive of rent and all applicable fees).

• If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, you are responsible for the full cost of the reservation. However, if we are able to rebook your home, you will receive a refund for any nights that are rebooked. A 10% cancellation fee still applies.

• If the home is rebooked for fewer nights or at a lower rate, your refund will be based only on rental revenue collected from the new booking.

• If the home is not rebooked, the full reservation amount is forfeited.

Island Realty retains sole discretion over pricing, marketing, and booking decisions for any re-rental of the property.
